Hello, I’m working on a Master Room XL305 output that has dead tank on channel two.
I’ve measure the resistance at the output of both tanks, the good one is 48ohms and the bad channel is reading 0ohms.
Does anyone know if it’s possible to repair what’s inside the tank? and if so is there a procedure to open the tank for repair?
Very nice work on the design of this unit!

I think you should be able to drill open the rivets that hold the two case halves together.
Inside you'll find sled assemblies that look like the pics I posted in the XL-305 thread.

Post some pics once you get inside.
I should be able to help you find the right type 3 Accutronics sled if it turns out you have a bad transducer.
