Thanks for the link. Surprisingly I have an account with Ti.

Briefly skimmed the doc. Lots of graphics. Beneficial for people like me who are familiar with, but still get confused with diode polarities.
It also has a dedicated section for basic op-amp configurations, with explanations for bandwidth calculations.
