Re: Waveulator ME Saturator Construction Information
put the width & waveulator together with the parts I had at the house - was missing the dual 10k for hardness and the proper gauges for GR. had 10-turn pots on the threshold & gain which ironically was all I had but worked out very nice Had one led which was perfect for threshold *and worked...

Re: Waveulator ME Saturator Construction Information
I have been able to spend more than the last year patiently watching this module have its second showing. the history behind this module I know little of, but I do know that its original design was a collaboration of Wayne and his late friend. it has been a pleasure spending 2023 awaiting this modul...

Re: The Waveulator: Two VCA-based Clipper Saturators
I would buy (1) of the assembled prototypes if you made any purchasable as relics,
then at least another of the the finalized version you settle on down the road

Thanks Jeffrey! I updated the schematic to provide component designators and will be posting a circuit description below it later. https://ka-electronics.com/images/png/Waveulator_ME_Mastering_Edition_081723-1.png Waveulator ME Mastering Edition Schematic i'm almost caught up - I am beyond impresse...

Re: The Waveulator: Two VCA-based Clipper Saturators
** as stated before - whatever you guys all end up deciding on and whatever Wayne puts together will be enough - I’m not very picky - and the application of whatever features are in the final version or prototypes will easily be made due **

Re: The Waveulator: Two VCA-based Clipper Saturators
I understand adding gain stages is simple - yet added to the cost - if the unit has a gain element & buffer to accept high dbu levels, bring them down/up, with threshold & output trim - that would be helpful nothing insane is needed but as stated / the ka-width has worked wonders handling th...

Re: The Waveulator: Two VCA-based Clipper Saturators
i like the direction this is going as level control this new unit at the end of synth summing bus I have on the bench would be very helpful to pad down the signal from the send return to ka-width - the width has such a dynamic input/out range - if the waveulator has a gain control element & thre...
