I was recently discussing some old family history with my one living brother. His version didn't agree with what I had pieced together, so I went to the documents (I have some of my dad's old notebooks and papers.)
We were discussing his time spent in UK back in the 30's, as I have shared before he was sent by WE over to England to record the coronation of King George in 1936, for newsreels.
ERPI was the division (subsidiary?) of WE that my father worked for. The receipt shows his round trip boat passage over and back. The trip over involved a room with a bath, apparently they didn't care how he smelled for the return trip...as that cheaper cabin did not include a bath.
